The MasterTech™ Dent Protection Program allows for easy and effective removal of dents and dings which will help to maintain your vehicle’s quality.
Coverage Options
Primary: Vertical Dent
The Primary level of coverage includes vertical dent and ding protection for your vehicle up to $500.
Premier: Primary + Horizontal Dent
In addition to the Primary level of coverage, Premier coverage includes horizontal dent and ding protection up to $500.
Ultra: Premier + Cosmetic Bumper
Along with the Premier level of coverage, Ultra coverage includes cosmetic bumper protection. Scuffs and cosmetic scratches located on the front and rear bumper are also covered up to $250*.
Paintless Dent Removal Technique
The Paintless Dent Removal process reforms dents and dings without sanding or bonding. Technicians use specialized hand tools that mold and flex the damaged surface back to its original condition. This technique is limited to steel or aluminum body panels.
* Maximum of one (1) claim for every 12 month period following the contract sale date.
Certain conditions and components are excluded such as conditions which existed prior to the purchase of your contract, dings and dents larger than 4” in diameter, non-metal composite, plastic, fiberglass or carbon fiber body panels, damage due to collision, chipped paint, and misuse or abuse. Please refer to the MasterTech™ Dent Protection Program contract for complete details, exclusions, and limitations of the program. The MasterTech™ Dent Protection Program is not available in AL, CA, NY, and UT.
The MasterTech™ Environmental Protection Program protects your vehicle from environmental elements and unforeseen interior damages that can happen throughout your vehicle ownership.
Coverage Options
Primary: Exterior Protection
The Primary level of coverage includes one (1) application of treatment to the painted exterior, sheet metal surfaces, molding, and trim that will assist in preventing damage to the applied surfaces due to oxidation, bird droppings, tree sap, and acid rain, among others.
Premier: Primary + Interior Protection
In addition to the Primary level of coverage, Premier coverage includes one (1) application of treatment to the interior that will assist in preventing permanent stain damage to the treated surfaces due to food, drinks, blood, and makeup, among others.
Ultra: Premier + Windshield Repair*
In addition to the Premier level of coverage, Ultra coverage includes two (2) applications of treatment to the windshield, and headlights of the vehicle that will assist in preventing damage to the applied surfaces due to oxidation, weatherinduced fading, and loss of gloss, among others.

Chemical Product Information
The proprietary chemical used with the MasterTech™ Environmental Protection Program uses molecular bonding and, unlike other chemicals that sit on top of the surface, the formula adheres to treated surfaces to provide superior protection. To ensure top quality and effectiveness, the chemical is put through rigorous testing using an independent, third-party laboratory.
The proprietary chemical is:

The coverages included in this program are limited warranty benefits from the chemical product manufacturer, Eckbond Coatings, Inc., 2903 Saturn St. Unit H, Brea, California 92821.
Certain conditions and components are excluded such as windshield cracks or chips greater than 6”, non-clear coated surfaces (except headlights and windshields), damage caused by road hazards or hail, scratches, rusting, odors other than microbes, neglect, or abuse.
