Coverage Options

Primary: Structural Repair & Replacement

If your vehicle comes into contact with a covered road hazard and creates a structural failure in your tire or wheel, we will repair it. If it is not repairable, we will replace the tires, wheels, and tire pressure monitoring system with like kind and quality replacement tires and/or wheels.

Premier: Structural & Cosmetic Repair

In addition to the Primary level of coverage, Premier coverage will repair cosmetic wheel scratches due to contact with a covered road hazard to like kind and new quality*

Ultra: Premier + Rental Car

In addition to the Premier level of coverage, Ultra coverage includes the following benefits:

• Rental Car Reimbursement

  Ultra coverage provides rental car reimbursement for up to $40 per day for six (6) days, with a maximum of $240 per occurrence when the covered vehicle is held at an authorized repair facility overnight**.

• Emergency Travel Expense Reimbursement

  Ultra coverage provides reimbursement up to $200 per day, for five (5) days per occurrence for commercial lodging, meals, and substitute transportation, if you are 100 miles or more from your permanent residence and have come in contact with a road hazard covered by your Road Hazard Protection contract.

Optional Cosmetic Wheel Replacement Coverage
(Premier or Ultra Level Only)

We will replace your wheel that is cosmetically damaged as a result of a covered road hazard and cannot be repaired using normal cosmetic repair techniques. The maximum benefit per incident is $1,000, at a maximum of one (1) claim per 12 month period.

24-Hour Roadside Assistance+

The MasterTech™ Road Hazard Protection Program includes towing, fluid delivery, battery start service, spare tire mounting assistance, and lockout service for up to $100 per occurrence for a maximum of three (3) uses every 12 months. Service is provided 24/7.
